Need a set of clamp down tyre valves for my OZ Futuras, just wondering do these need re-tightened over time because you can get ones that bolt down from the inside of the rim and ones that bolt down from the outside. I have a set that bolt down from the inside I can use but don't want to have to break the bead on the tyre to tighten back up if these things are tempermental. This is what I have:
    valve.

In my opinion, if you install valves that bolt down from the inside of the rim, they should stay secure. These types of valves look neat and are less likely to get damaged. But, if you ever need to tighten them, it can be a bit tricky to get to them.
